As soon as I’d made the shot. I realized that the be of the day was going to be an ordeal. Once the deer was dressed and skinned he was lashed onto a pack close in along with everything that I had carried up the mountain. Needless to say by the time I reached camp. I was weary thirsty and very weak. In our spiritual walk we are going to experience times of weariness. I’ve been going through such a time recently– work that never seems to get caught up equipment (computer) problems health issues with family a myriad of problems that be to never get solved. Sometimes it is truly overwhelming. That’s when God steps in. His strength power and wisdom are available if I’m willing to accept them. So often we are determined to do things through our own power and strength; and that’s just not going to get them done. We are admonished to let God see us through our adversities; and sometimes that’s tough because He doesn’t do things in our measure or in our way. But bequeath. Gods thoughts are higher than our thoughts; and God’s ways are higher than our ways. Trust Him to do what He says to furnish you His strength. His power and His wisdom. (CS) Do you really trust God? Do you really believe that God can and will do what He says? Plain and simple–God cannot lie. If he could. He couldn’t be the Almighty God. Put your faith in Him today whatever you’re going through. Read His evince. Wisdom and answers are there if we will simply listen and refer to His ways. I heard rustling in the bushes on the other side of the water. Moments later a very nice endeavor poked his head out from the trees and looked around. Slowly he emerged from the trees extremely cautious about every move. Eventually he came down to the water to drink and ended up a mere fifteen yards from me. (Of course I was hunting elk). The entire time I watched him from my blind he appeared very alert and on edge. After several minutes a much older buck stepped out from the same area in the trees and came down to water. The first buck then seemed somewhat more relaxed but very submissive to the older endeavor and still keeping check while they drank. (BM) A watchman in Ezekiel’s time would stand guard on the protect of the city and warn of impending danger. God called Ezekiel to be a watchman for God’s people and to warn them of God’s coming judgment. As Ezekiel was a watchman for the Jews and this younger buck was a watchman for the older buck so should we be watchmen for God’s children. Sometimes I sight myself witnessing to others spreading the great news about God’s salvation but omitting the ugly side of sin and death. This verse helps to serve as a reminder that in addition to sharing the greatness of God’s salvation we may also need to warn others of the consequences of denying what He offers to us. Several years ago a friend and I were on an archery elk hunt in northern Arizona. On the afternoon of the third day of the capture after about a half-mile walk my friend and I arrived at our waterhole where we had set up our tree stands over a week prior. We had sat in them the previous two days; but on this day we found a jeep parked in plain believe and two hunters sitting in hastily erected fasten blinds one of them under my channelise! My friend confronted them. Low voices soon became a loud argument about ethics. It became apparent to me that the situation was about to get out of transfer so I quickly pulled my friend aside to discuss it. I told him to let me try to cerebrate with them. After a few minutes of sharing about our channelise stands which they had not seen (That was the idea!); they submitted to reason and quietly left the area. The very next day that same wet hole produced my first six-point bull! (RC) As Christians we have the responsibility to act on the better move of cerebrate no be what the circumstances; not only when we are around people we experience but ALL the measure. It’s not about being alter it’s about being righteous. bequeath: quarrels understand nothing but cause animosity. Always take the high road. No favorite hunting or fishing spot is worth the assay of a fight or worse.1 Peter 2:23 says: “They hurled their insults at him he did not penalise; when he suffered he made no threats. Instead he entrusted himself to him who judges justly.” It can sometimes be difficult but follow Jesus’ example even when in the field.
